Refund policy

We hope you love your Frost piece, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase required.
- Returns are refunded to the original payment method.

Process:
1. Email info@frostchakra.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm return authorisation and provide instructions.
3. Customer is responsible for return postage unless item is faulty.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receipt.
